Experience: From 2004 to 2005, Mr. Cook served as the President, Chief Financial Officer and Director of EcoProduct Solutions, a privately funded start-up chemical company. From 2001 to 2004, he served as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of PPI Technology Services, a privately held oilfield service company. From 1993 to 2001, he served in various executive capacities, including Vice President and Controller, Vice President and Chief Information Officer and Vice President of Audit, of Burlington Resources Inc., an independent oil and gas company. Mr. Cook also has nine years of experience in public accounting with Coopers & Lybrand.
