Clay Blum Title: Vice President – Land Education: Tarleton State University, Bachelor of Science, 1980 Experience: Mr. Blum joined Quicksilver in 2003 as a Senior Staff Landman and most recently held the position of Director of Land, U.S. Operations. Mr. Blum has more than 27 years of oil and gas industry experience. Prior to joining Quicksilver he was employed by Emerald Operating and previous to that he was a Senior Landman for Union Pacific Resources (subsequently merged with Anadarko Petroleum Corporation). Mr. Blum also has numerous years of experience as an independent landman.	Thomas DuncanThomas Duncan Title: Vice President – New Ventures and Technology Education: MBA, Colorado State University; Bachelor of Science – Geology, Sul Ross State University Experience: Joined Quicksilver in June 2008 with more than 25 years of oil and gas operational and management expertise. From 1981 to 2002 Mr. Duncan held positions of increasing responsibility with Texaco including Project Geologist, Project Manager, Regional Manager of Exploration and Exploitation, and as an International Exploration Area Manager. He joined Petroleum Place (now Tristone Capital) in 2002 and was an A&D Transaction Manager with the company until 2008.
