Midstream Gathering and Processing

Quicksilver Resources has a long history of providing gathering and processing services in each of its areas of operations.

In the Fort Worth Basin, these operations are now primarily performed by Crestwood Midstream, formerly Quicksilver Gas Services. Crestwood is a publicly traded master limited partnership. Quicksilver Resources sold all of its interests in these operations to Crestwood Midstream Partners in October 2010.
