Midstream Gathering and Processing
Quicksilver Resources has a long history of providing gathering and processing services in each of its areas of operations.
In the Fort Worth Basin, these operations are now primarily performed by Quicksilver Gas Services or KGS. KGS is a publicly traded master limited partnership in which Quicksilver owns approximately 61% of the partnership interest, including 100% of the general partner interest.
Quicksilver Resources and KGS provide reliable and competitively priced gathering and processing service for third parties.
