All changes of ownership must be filed of record in the County where the property is located.
A number of different interest transfer circumstances are set out below:
Sale of Interest
Conveyance filed of record in the county in which the property is located.
Interest Transfer as a Result of Divorce
Complete Divorce Decree including Settlement Agreement, recorded conveyances (if appropriate)
Creation of Trust or Partnership
Trust or Partnership Agreement and, if appropriate, recorded document conveying the interest in a property to a Trust or Partnership
Termination of Trust or Partnership
Dissolution of Trust or Partnership and, if appropriate, recorded conveyances to beneficiary
Changes in Trustee
Instrument whereby the successor trustee was appointed
Death of one Joint Tenant
Death Certificate of Joint Tenant
